The documentary film "13th" directed by Ava DuVernay impressed me greatly. It explores the intersection of race, justice, and mass incarceration in the United States, and it sheds light on the systemic inequalities within the criminal justice system. The way it presents its argument through a combination of historical footage, interviews, and expert analysis makes it a compelling and impactful documentary. **

A documentary letter of credit is a payment method in which the buyer's bank guarantees payment to the seller upon presentation of specified documents, such as shipping documents or a bill of lading. The bank's obligation is independent of the underlying sales contract, providing a higher level of security for the seller. On the other hand, a documentary collection is a payment method in which the seller entrusts the handling of shipping documents and payment to banks, but unlike a letter of credit, the bank does not guarantee payment to the seller. Instead, the bank releases the shipping documents to the buyer upon payment or acceptance of a draft, allowing the buyer to take possession of the goods. In summary, the key difference between the two is the level of payment security provided to the seller. **
